Timeless Custom Designs ("we," "us") runs timelesscustomdesign.com. We're a small business in Utah, and we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains, in plain English, what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

  • Order and contact details: your name, email, phone number, and shipping and billing addresses.
  • Design details: everything you type or upload into our designer, such as names, wedding dates, times, venues, addresses, messages and photos.
  • Payment information: payments are processed by our secure e-commerce and payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Device and browsing information: things like your browser type, IP address, pages you visit and how you got to our site, collected through cookies and similar tools.
  • Messages you send us: emails or other communication with our team.

How we use it

  • To create, print and ship your order.
  • To show you a live preview of your design and save your work.
  • To send order confirmations, shipping updates and replies to your questions.
  • To prevent fraud and keep the site secure.
  • To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

Who we share it with
