Shipping & Turnaround
Every order is printed just for you in Payson, Utah. Here's what to expect:
Production: 2 business days. Your order is printed and shipped within 2 business days. Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) Mountain Time count that day as day one. Orders placed after noon start on the next business day. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.
Your proof is what we print. The live preview you approve while designing is your proof. There's no separate approval step, so please double-check names, dates, spelling and addresses before you check out.
Shipping options (U.S. only) — transit time begins after your order ships:
- Ground — Free. Arrives in about 2–5 business days.
- 2nd Day. Arrives 2 business days after shipping.
- Next Day. Arrives the next business day after shipping.
Expedited prices are shown at checkout and depend on your order size.
Example: order by noon MT on Monday and your order ships Tuesday. Next Day arrives Wednesday, 2nd Day arrives Thursday, and Ground arrives around Thursday–the following Monday.
Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking link by email. Carrier delays (weather, holidays) are outside our control, so for date-sensitive events we recommend ordering early or choosing an expedited option. If anything arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with a photo and we'll make it right.
