Welcome to Timeless Custom Designs! These terms apply when you use timelesscustomdesign.com or place an order with us. By using the site or ordering, you agree to them. We've kept them short and in plain English.

About us

Timeless Custom Designs is a small business in Utah that designs and prints custom wedding stationery. We currently ship within the United States only.

Your orders

  • When you place an order, you're asking us to print the design you approved in our live preview. That preview is your final proof.
  • Your order is confirmed once payment goes through and you receive a confirmation email.
  • Production takes 2 business days. Orders placed before noon Mountain Time, Monday–Friday (excluding holidays), count that day as day one. Shipping time depends on the option you choose at checkout.
  • Cancellations, refunds and reprints are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, and shipping is covered in our Shipping Policy.

Your content

  • You're responsible for what you enter. Please double-check spelling, names, dates, times and addresses. We print what you approve.
  • You must have the rights to anything you upload. By uploading photos or other content, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.
  • You give us permission to use your content to make your order. We use your design and photos only to preview, print and ship your order, and for related customer support. We won't use your photos in our marketing without asking you first.
  • We can refuse content. We may decline or cancel any order with content we find offensive, hateful, illegal, or that appears to infringe someone else's rights. If we cancel for this reason, we'll refund you.

Our designs

Our templates, artwork and site content belong to Timeless Custom Designs. You're welcome to use the printed stationery for your event, but please don't copy, resell or reproduce our designs.

Pricing and errors

  • Prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time. Changes won't affect orders you've already placed.
  • Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.
  • We try hard to get everything right, but mistakes happen. If a product is listed at the wrong price or with wrong information, we may cancel the order and refund you, even after it's been placed.

Colors and paper

Printed colors can look slightly different from what you see on your screen, since every screen displays color differently. Small variations in color, paper and trimming are a normal part of printing and aren't considered defects.

Limitation of liability

We'll always do our best to make it right if something goes wrong with your order. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not responsible for indirect losses, such as costs from a missed event deadline or carrier delays outside our control.

The site and our products are provided "as is," without warranties beyond those stated in these terms and our policies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
